Refund policy

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided printing has not yet started. Email us at vimmikakkar@gmail.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Once printing has begun we are unable to cancel, as each item is made specifically for you.

Every Ironclad Crate piece is printed to order specifically for you, so we're only able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vimmikakkar@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Wrong size
Sizing not working out? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a size exchange, subject to stock availability. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, as exchange shipping costs may apply for size-related swaps.

Non-returnable items
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selected at checkout, or items that have been worn or washed.

Refunds
Once your cancellation, return or replacement request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
