Shipping policy

Every Ironclad Crate tee is printed after you order it, so our timelines look a little different from a warehouse brand’s. Here is exactly what to expect.

Dispatch

Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our print partner.

Delivery time

Metro cities: roughly 2–4 working days after dispatch. Rest of India: roughly 4–7 working days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery pin code. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. 

Changing your address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still correct an address. Once printing has started we cannot redirect a parcel.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver after three attempts the parcel returns to us. We will get in touch to arrange a re-ship, which carries a fresh shipping charge.

Delays outside our control

Festive season, weather and courier backlogs can stretch these windows. If your order is running clearly late, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
